Handcrafted in rich yellow 22K gold, these intricately wrought pieces are made in a combination of filigree, Manipuri and reji-work. The shapes are interesting but made even more so by the varied borders and customary ball-jhur. We advise stringing them on coloured cotton thread left loose and bunched together that gives them a kind of talismanic power. Of course, opaque glass beads are also effective but its always better to choose the irregular kind for they contrast well with the immaculate workmanship of the lockets.
