DESCRIPTION
A cross pattée, plain and simple, that's anything but plain and simple, crossed by a smaller St.Andrew's cross through the centre, is the sum and substance of this pendant. As if it's not enough to have two crosses cross each other, with one boasting leaf-like chasing (yes, the pendant is pure naksha) and the other set and strung with pearls and black glass beads, there also has to be a black velvet tube, instead of a chain, on which the pendant is slung, making it so vintage Madonna from the '80's that you'll feel as if it's you more than her in the video of "Like a Prayer", though, of course, she wore her crucifix on a chain for that song. And the single naksha, which is polished and frosted in the pendant, is splendid. Note the little 'caps' on the arms of the cross pattée of the locket, meant to protect against fabric catching on the sharp edges, and you'll know the details have all been looked into.
